Too long.
Yep, It’s been too long, but I’m back in the saddle.
This time I’m trying the EA Sports Active for Wii. Today is day 4, technically I was supposed to record this on Day 3, but since it’s after midnight… yeah, So I’ve got 2 exercise days done and will do another later today.
Thanks to anyone who is still sticking with me. The plan is to release these on any of my “rest” days, which I understand is going to be every third day.
Big announcement time. As of March 23, 2009 the focus of the show official changes back to focus on my weight loss, and occasionally about my writing. The reason is… I’m starting a new job on Monday.
I do talk about the workouts I’ve been doing and the changes that those workouts are making. It’s tough, but the results are starting to become more and more apparent.
I’m back… and only a few days later!
I’ve guilted myself into working out again. It had to happen, I was sick of feeling like this and it was time.
This time I dusted off an old “Biggest Loser” workout DVD and I’m working through the six week program.
I’m on day 3 of the first week and it’s kicking my butt, but in the right way.

Wha? Another episode?
Yeah, I’m still here, and still looking for work. And for the first time in over two months I’ve stepped on the scale. What I saw was SHOCKING!!!
Back again… slightly different focus this time around… at least in the short term.
I forgot to mention when I recorded. After last week’s BSP recording, Adam and I braved the frickin’ cold and did a couple of laps around the block. Got almost a mile and a half in.

I’m back.
I’m sniffly, but I’m back. This episode is an update and a reminder about the purpose of TLI. I also give my scale reading to let you guys know where I’m starting from this time around.
The mountain is a bit higher this time, but I’ve taken my first steps onto it. Hope there are still a few of you guys out there.

Tomorrow is the big day. I’ve got over one hundred dollars in donations and I’m going to be making a run at getting a load of fruit in the morning to take to the con and supply to all who want to partake.
I’m bringing my recording gear and might record a few things at the con, but more likely will just have some photos from the day as I want to spend time with all of the folks that have come in from all over the country to hang out and game for the day.

After a brief illness break (kid’s illness, not mine), I’m back and back on long road.
