I may have to take another look at The Daily Plate. I bounce back and forth between Extra Pounds and Sparkpeople. EP has a great blogging function but the food journal sucks. Sparkpeople has the meal plans, the fitness plans, demos, etc. However, their blog doesn't have an RSS feed. I'm not crazy about the community on either one of them. I really only want to use one weight loss site but that may not be possible.
