		<description>"Disconnected" isn't the word I would use but I think the assessment is accurate.  I know a lot about what I should be doing, but I'm too lazy to do it.  When it comes to exercise, I just have trouble getting up off my a**.  With food, I don't like thinking about what I eat that much. Counting calories, fat grams, points or whatever -- all that makes me crave the foods I shouldn't be eating.</description>
