		<description>I am a big fan of the Australian version of Biggest Loser.  The methods are extreme, but the sight of people my size working out and not pretending it is easy can be inspiring.  I recognize that the show could be misleading to someone who is young and uninformed, but I enjoy it for what it is.</description>
