		<description>The touchy-feely types would say that you need to figure out why you need to eat when you are stressed and substitute a non-food-based action for the munching.  Whatever :-p.  That probably is a good idea in the long run, but you can't address all areas of your diet at once.  Fix yourself one habit at a time.</description>
