		<description>Just listened to your podcast.  Sounds like you&#039;re putting in a LOT of work hours and you couldn&#039;t get to the gym.  I don&#039;t know what kind of work you do, but if you are sitting in front of a computer all day, I highly recommend setting-up a Treadmill Desk.  I walk 5 miles every day while I&#039;m working at my &quot;desk&quot;.  It&#039;s great!

PS - Thanks for the wonderful link to MyPlate.com.   Today I signed up and entered my meal data.  I was shocked!  I thought the 2 Einstein bagels (no cream cheese) I eat everyday as a snack were 100 calories each.  WRONG!  350 calories each...500 more calories than I thought just for my dry boring snack.
