I&#039;ve started the 3rd round of Runagogo.com.  I&#039;ve only done 1.5 miles this week; the goal is 100 miles by 30 Sep.  The past two times I started strong and then fizzled out. I barely made it to 20 miles last time, so I will just be happy to pass that.</description>
