He really IS back! And promises of more before Thanksgiving. Most excellent. It's great to hear that the other BSP guys are supporting with the after show walking.

Well, here's what I can offer. No doubt this is not one that you are ready for, yet. However, I'm getting ready to start week five of the "Couch Potato to 5K" Program. It's a progressive training program to build oneself up to running for a straight 30 minutes for 5K.

One thing that has helped me stick with it is a perfect podcast "event", really. This guy went and recorded a podcast for each of the nine weeks of the program.

It's nice, because I don't have to worry about checking my watch to figure out when to speed up and slow down. Just start the show listen to the music, and follow Robert's prompts.

Once I build up to being able to run a full 5K, I'm hoping to use this as an centerpiece of my exercise plan.
