Glad to hear you are moving back into the work force and that you got the job you wanted.  Yes, work does get in the way of working out.  Kids and the wife also tend to "get in the way" as well :)
I would suggest that you and your wife look at what goes on during the week, especially in the evenings.  Agree that each day, there's a certain time to set aside for you to do something - maybe even putting the little one in the stroller and going to walk together and talking about how the day went.
And, believe me, you'll quickly remember that it's awfully easy to come home from a full day at work and want to just crash on the sofa in front of the TV for the evening.  RESIST!  I find, once I overcome the inertia and get moving, I can get a good workout, even after a tiring day.</description>
